House and Pet Sitting

House sitting helps to keep the home safe and secure and enables pets to stay in familiar surroundings following their normal routines. We stay in the house for a minimum of 18 hours a day only leaving for a maximum of 4 consecutive hours during the day and one hour after dark. We will create a visible presence by opening and closing curtains and turning lights on and off as in the normal course of everyday living. We also gather up post and respond to callers as appropriate.

We have our own mobile phones and would not answer or use your phone unless in relation to an incident in the home.

We bring our own food etc. We keep the area of the house that we live in clean and tidy. We are fond of animals and will give your pets a good deal of kind attention as well as looking after their everyday needs including feeding, exercise, giving medicines as prescribed.

We are also qualified gardeners and are able to look after plants in your home or garden.

House / Pet Visiting

Visiting can involve simple security measures such as opening/closing curtains and bringing in post . We will walk dogs, feed animals, change a cat litter tray and spend time with pets.

These visits involve a minimum of one hour's responsibilities to check on the house and animals as needed.
